PARKER “51” Vacumatic Double Jewel set in Midnight Black with Coin Silver caps in original box.  All plastic jewels on pen barrel, cap and pencil.  Good and complete early one line 1942 imprint.  Speedline aluminum filler.  Coin Silver caps have marring to cap with some original plating missing.  Some minor dings to both caps.  Fine 14k nib.  Completely restored and working, $200

PARKER “51” Vacumatic “First Year” Double Jewel in black with extremely rare smooth Gold Filled wedding band caps in original box.  One of the hardest caps to find for First Year pens.  These are in great shape with all original finish that match very well between the pen and pencil.  Most caps found have all the finish worn off.  All aluminum jewels on pen and pencil.  Correct speedline filler.  Sharp and complete imprint on blindcap.  A true collector’s set, $2,500SOLD

PARKER “51” Aerometric Heirloom Set in solid 14k caps and clips with 4 circle pattern.  Made in USA.  This was the only 14k cap available in the aerometric series other than the all solid gold Presidentials.  Very hard to find cap and these are clean with no dents or engravings.  Medium 14k nib.  Completely restored and working, $1,500

TT887. PARKER “51” Aerometric Flighter set in all steel caps and barrels in original box.  Beautiful set with all original finish.  Only defect is a tiny ding to the end of the pen barrel.  Pen is dated 1950 and pencil is dated 1951.  Fine 14k nib.  Completely restored and working, $350

PARKER “51” Vacumatic Single Jewel Demonstrator in Midnight Black with Coin Silver cap with gold filled clip.  Cap shows some wear and minor dings, but presents very well.  Barrel imprinted “Demonstrator” and correct clear hood with red collector.  Nice and complete 1942 single line imprint.  14k fine nib.  Completely restored and working, $425

PARKER “51” Vacumatic Double Jewel “First Year” Set in Dove Gray with Sterling Silver caps in original box.  Pen cap has one ding but presents well.  Pencil cap finish is worn.  Pencil has discolored to a dark green as is common with the gray pens.  Good imprint on blindcap.  Aluminum jewel on pen barrel only.  Metal speedline filler.  Fine 14k nib.  Completely restored and working, $300

PARKER “51” Aerometric in Black with “Heirloom” 14k solid gold cap.  Rare cap and actually the only cap pattern used in the aerometric series in solid gold other than the Presidentials.  Made in USA.  Pattern consist of for circles going around the cap.  Marked 14k gold.  No dents or dings, but engraved with 3 initials.  Clip is not marked 14k.  Very rare cap.  14k medium nib.  Completely restored and working, $850

PARKER “51” Vacumatic Double Jewel “First Year” Set in Cordovan with very uncommon High Imprinted Sterling Silver caps.  Most sterling caps have lower imprints, even 99% of first year caps.  Sterling Silver caps with high imprints are seldomly seen.  The caps on this sets show minor wear to finish, but no dents or dings.  Complete and legible imprint on blindcap.  Aluminum jewels on blindcap and pencil cap.  Pen cap jewel is plastic.  Metal speedline filler.  14k fine nib.  Nice, clean example of these caps.  Completely restored and working, $650SOLD

PARKER “51” Signet Ballpoint in all Gold Filled cap and barrel.  This is the US-made version of the Signet Ballpoint.  The English version is much more common with the US version very difficult to come by.  This one is in great condition with no dents or dings and no engravings.
